This conference serves as a crucial platform for sharing stories, challenges, and triumphs, fostering a global dialogue that encourages understanding, collaboration, and collective action.
Jenn Stowe is Executive Director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA), the national voice for domestic workers. The granddaughter of a domestic worker, she leads NDWA’s strategy and operations and also serves as the Executive Director of Care in Action. Previously, she was NDWA’s Chief of Staff, driving organizational strategy and advising leadership. A coalition builder, Jenn is committed to collaboration and advancing opportunities for Black women, immigrant women, and women of color. In addition to her NDWA leadership, she serves as the Chair of the Color of Change Education Fund Board and as a member of the Run for Something Board. Jenn is originally from Atlanta, GA, and lives in Richmond, VA with her family.
